The appearance quality and internal structure of the car have become the focus of attention of various manufacturers. The precision of the check fixture in the quality control of the car is related to the matching and overlap of the product parts during the commissioning stage. As a "supervisor", CMM is on duty on duty, and strictly escorts the inspection tools from assembly to shipment. Once tested, unqualified products are immediately "hit the road" and re-adjusted and tested.

 

Gage debugging and testing, carefully coordinated three coordinates at each step

Taking a conventional automobile check fixture as an example, the testing process is: assembly , initial adjustment , fine adjustment , implantation of positioning pins , re-testing , exporting a test report and saving the measurement program . From the beginning of assembly to the completion of the commissioning of the three coordinates, each link quantifies the data and ships with the report.

Save programs and measurement reports

After the measurement is completed, the measurement program needs to be named and archived according to the gage number, a gage report is issued according to the customer's requirements, and the gage report is attached to the gage and shipped together.

Generally, the coordinates of the reference hole of the test fixture are placed on the first page, and then the pages are displayed in order according to the order of positioning holes, flush planes, and clearance surfaces.

For large three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines, install two display screens on the host computer, and then copy the screens. The two display screens have fewer dead angles, and you can observe the debugging effect from multiple directions.

Utilize the cycle command of the program and the pause button on the handle to realize the automatic operation of the machine controlled by the handle. After the debugging is completed, the computer is switched to the next position for debugging.
